At Bertie Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc., the New Construction Estimating Department is made up of one Estimator along with Jim Bertie. Debra Davis performs load calculations (Manual J & D’s) that are required for permitting at both the City and County Permitting Offices in each county. Great care is taken with each individual home or business to assure the proper HVAC sizing and duct layout is 100% accurate. Not only does the estimating department perform load calculations and HVAC pricing but this department also works with the field supervisors in designing the duct layouts to assure proper airflow. Using our new construction estimating department you can be assured that we will handle all of your HVAC needs as we would our own.
