Carmen Santos thank you for your congratulations letter, we asked each other if the letter was for real. We had a wonderful experience with Bertie Heating & Air beginning with our first contact with their salesman Duane. He has outstanding customer service skills and actually came to our home late on a Friday as it was the only time we could meet with him. He is very friendly, easy to talk with and extremely knowledgeable about his work and Trane products. Duane was always very responsive to our telephone calls and if we had to leave a message it was always promptly returned. We enjoyed learning from Duane about how he came to work with his company and the training he had received. Mr. Bertie should be extremely proud of this employee as Duane remarked about how great the company is and howwell he is treated by the owner. The two installers Joseph and his helper Rafael are also to be commended. They showed up on the date and time promised and worked the whole time taking only a short lunch break. They too were courteous, very respectful of our property and took actions to limit any dust when cutting the ceiling returns. They always cleaned up their work areas. On the second day of installation they stayed until around 9:30 pm to ensure that the job was complete since it was a Friday and they knew we were leaving town. There was also one additional Bertie team member whose name I can not recall who came to help remove the existing system and lift the new air handler. He was as friendly as the others and was a big help to the others in handling the heavy components. Bottom line all the Bertie members were true professionals who obviously know their trade well. We truly appreciated the way each handled themselves, their work ethic and the fact we never heard of any inappropriate language or complaining. I appreciate the opportunity to provide input on the service we were provided. I intended to write Mr. Bertie a letter but have not been able to yet. I can assure you that we will highly recommend Bertie Heating & Air and Trane products to others that would be in the need of heating and air work.

Mark Zadra I am writing to inform you how much we appreciate the professional team that did the installation. Woody is an amazing technician who was able to work around the limited space he had available for him to install this unit. His innovative and quick thinking made it a pleasure to watch him and his assistant work. I have a great deal of experience over the years supervising employees in highly technical laboratory positions, and can assure you that if I had been blessed with an employee of Woody's caliber. He also demonstrated an ability to teach in his working with his assistant. We look forward to having many years of enjoyment with our new system. Recently my heat pump quit working. I called your company and you promptly sent a repairman, who diagnosed the problem as a failed circuit board. He ordered a replacement circuit board and installed a temporary by-pass until the new part could be received and installed.

Friday, Shawn from your company arrived to install the replacement circuit board. He determined that the replacement had been slightly redesigned from the original and would not easily connect to the system. After exercising some ingenuity and effort (and staying beyond his regular working hours), he was able to install the new circuit board and get the system operating properly again. Shawn even called the next day (Saturday) just to ensure that no further problems arose, as it has been cold in Gainesville and he was concerned about my comfort.

Please express my appreciation to Shawn for his hard work and his concern. I will recommend Bertie Heating and Air Conditioning without hesitation to anyone in the area who needs such services. I would like to take this opportunity to thank your staff- from Allyn, who did the estimate and repaired my old unit, to Don who scheduled the crew, to Kenneth and Brian who did the installation. All were friendly and professional, taking the time to answer my questions. Kenneth and Brian worked hard all day and left everything neat and clean.
I love my new A/C! Can't wait to try the heat out this Winter.
